Sell digital goods and paid community access with Telegram Stars. Configure pricing and delivery in GramBase, then check each order's payment and delivery status.
Digital goods and services sold inside Telegram bots or Mini Apps must use Telegram Stars. This includes paid digital content and community access; buyer wallet preference does not change that rule.
Telegram's digital payment rulesGramBase also supports direct-to-wallet crypto transfers. Assess physical goods or genuinely separate web sales under the rules for that sales channel. A website or a crypto switch does not exempt in-Telegram digital sales from Stars. Check the configured token, network and receiving address before sharing checkout.
For an eligible crypto sale, create a receiving profile in Finance → Payment profiles, then attach it to the product. The buyer sends the displayed amount to that address on the selected network. Confirmation depends on the network; mismatches need review. Never treat a screenshot as a verified payment.
Payment setup and order handlingConnect your Telegram bot, add the digital product or access offer, and configure its delivery. For group access, give the bot the required administrator permissions.
In Pricing & Payment, enable Stars and enter a whole-number price for each tier. A Stars-only product needs no crypto payment profile. Buyers pay through Telegram's invoice.
Telegram's payment confirmation starts delivery. In Orders, check payment and delivery separately: a paid order can still have a delivery error. Resolve that error before promising access.
