Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GramBase. By using GramBase, you agree to these Terms. If you use GramBase on behalf of a business, team, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
1. Service Description
GramBase provides Telegram-native checkout infrastructure and on-chain payment verification tools for merchants. The Service may include checkout flows, payment status checks, order records, webhook callbacks, bot integrations, and related administrative tools.
GramBase is an infrastructure provider. GramBase does not create, list, sell, resell, distribute, ship, deliver, or fulfill any product, service, content, membership, file, subscription, or other offering made available by merchants. Merchants own their Telegram bots, wallets, customer relationships, product listings, pricing, fulfillment process, support obligations, and buyer communications.
2. Non-Custodial Payments
GramBase is non-custodial. When a buyer pays a merchant through a checkout flow supported by GramBase:
- funds are sent directly from the buyer's wallet to the merchant wallet selected by the merchant;
- GramBase does not receive, hold, custody, pool, control, or transmit buyer or merchant funds;
- GramBase cannot reverse, refund, recall, or modify blockchain transactions;
- blockchain network fees, wallet errors, address mistakes, failed transactions, and third-party wallet behavior are outside GramBase's control.
3. Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are fully responsible for their use of GramBase and for everything they offer, sell, promise, deliver, or communicate to buyers. This includes:
- the legality, accuracy, quality, safety, and availability of their products, services, content, memberships, and subscriptions;
- all fulfillment, delivery, access control, refunds, cancellations, support, disputes, taxes, invoices, and buyer communications;
- their Telegram bots, bot tokens, Telegram groups or channels, merchant wallets, wallet addresses, private keys, webhook endpoints, and connected third-party services;
- obtaining any rights, licenses, permissions, approvals, or registrations required for their business and offerings;
- complying with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and contractual obligations.
Merchant-buyer relationship
GramBase is not a party to transactions between merchants and buyers. A buyer's purchase is from the merchant, not from GramBase. Without limiting the above, merchants are responsible for:
- Product claims: descriptions, prices, terms, eligibility, availability, screenshots, previews, and marketing promises.
- Fulfillment: delivering files, access, memberships, services, benefits, or other purchased items.
- Customer handling: support, disputes, complaints, chargeback-like requests, refunds, and post-purchase communications.
- Compliance decisions: determining whether the merchant's business, buyers, products, services, and transaction flows are permitted in each relevant jurisdiction.
GramBase does not guarantee that any merchant, buyer, product, service, content, transaction, wallet, or blockchain transfer is lawful, safe, accurate, available, or suitable for any purpose.
If a merchant needs legal, tax, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice, the merchant should obtain it from qualified professionals. GramBase does not provide those services.
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Uses
You may use GramBase only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use GramBase to enable, promote, sell, distribute, or facilitate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity, including illegal goods or services, medical products offered without required authorization, regulated or controlled substances, stolen or unauthorized data, counterfeit or infringing goods, fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, unauthorized access, harassment, spam, evasion of platform rules, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
- No general review obligation: GramBase may provide tools, policies, reports, automated checks, manual review, or other controls, but we do not undertake to monitor all merchants, products, content, transactions, or communications.
- No legality guarantee: The availability of GramBase for a checkout, merchant, product, wallet, bot, or transaction does not mean GramBase has reviewed, approved, endorsed, or guaranteed its legality or compliance.
- Enforcement discretion: We may investigate suspected violations, request information, remove or restrict access to features, pause checkout flows, disable webhooks, block integrations, reject verification events, or take other action we consider appropriate.
- Reports: We may consider user reports, merchant activity, transaction patterns, third-party notices, platform notices, law enforcement requests, or other signals when applying these Terms.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to GramBase, in whole or in part, at any time if:
- we believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or third-party rights;
- your use of GramBase creates legal, compliance, security, operational, reputational, or platform risk;
- your Telegram bot, wallet, product, service, content, webhook, or integration appears to be connected to prohibited or harmful activity;
- we are required or requested to do so by a platform provider, infrastructure provider, payment or wallet provider, regulator, court, law enforcement authority, or other competent authority;
- continued access could harm GramBase, other users, buyers, merchants, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GramBase will not be liable for merchant products or services, buyer purchases, fulfillment, delivery, access, refunds, disputes, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of digital assets, wallet errors, incorrect addresses, failed or delayed blockchain transactions, network fees, chain congestion, third-party services, Telegram availability or policy changes, webhook delivery failures, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, or any transaction or relationship between a merchant and a buyer. GramBase's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to GramBase for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
GramBase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, security, and error-free operation. We do not warrant that checkout flows, payment verification, webhook callbacks, bot integrations, blockchain networks, wallets, Telegram, or other third-party services will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, secure, or free from defects.
9. Eligibility, Sanctions, and Restricted Access
You may use GramBase only if you are legally allowed to do so. You may not use GramBase if you are subject to sanctions, located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory, owned or controlled by a sanctioned person or entity, or otherwise prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. You may not use GramBase to evade sanctions, export controls, platform rules, or other legal restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GramBase after an update means you accept the updated Terms. For questions about these Terms, contact us at: contact@grambase.ai
