1. The Core Principle: Non-Custodial & Minimal Data

GramBase is designed as a Non-Custodial infrastructure tool. This means:

• We NEVER have access to your wallet's private keys or seed phrases.
• We DO NOT hold or process your funds.
• We act solely as a data bridge between the Telegram API and public Blockchains.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our Service, we collect the following types of information:

A. User Account Data

• Telegram User ID: To identify you and manage your permissions within the system.
• Telegram Username & Name: Displayed in your dashboard and used for community management.
• Email Address (Optional): If you opt-in for email alerts or system notifications.

B. Configuration Data (For Creators)

• Bot Tokens: When you connect your custom bot, we store the API Token. This is encrypted at rest and used solely to execute commands on your behalf (e.g., inviting/removing members).
• Wallet Addresses: Public addresses (USDT-TRC20, ETH, TON, etc.) used to monitor incoming payments.
• Product/Plan Settings: Pricing, durations, and access rules you configure.

C. Transaction Data

• We monitor public blockchain data (Transaction Hashes, Sender/Receiver Addresses, Amounts) to verify payments.
• This data is publicly available on the blockchain; we simply index it to trigger automation events.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Verify blockchain payments and automate Telegram group access.
• Send notifications regarding subscription renewals or expirations.
• Prevent abuse and spam within your communities (via our AI Guardian features).
• Provide analytics on your community's growth and revenue (MRR, Churn).

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, blockchain nodes) to run our Service.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, we may disclose information to law enforcement authorities.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption of sensitive keys (like Bot Tokens) and secure communication protocols (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information stored on our servers. You can request data deletion by contacting support. Note that blockchain transaction data is immutable and cannot be deleted.
