Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains how merchants may and may not use GramBase checkout, payment verification, webhook, and Telegram bot infrastructure. It supplements our Terms of Service and helps separate legitimate commerce from illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
Legitimate Uses
GramBase may be used by merchants who are legally allowed to sell their products, services, content, memberships, or subscriptions and who can fulfill what they offer. Acceptable uses may include:
- Selling online courses, educational content, and tutorials you have rights to provide
- Running paid Telegram communities and membership groups
- Offering subscription-based premium content
- Selling digital products like eBooks, templates, and guides
- Providing lawful educational content or market commentary without deceptive claims
- Selling digital art, music, and creative works you own
- Offering consulting or coaching services
- Distributing software tools and code you have rights to sell
Prohibited Uses
You may not use GramBase to enable, promote, sell, distribute, or facilitate any illegal, harmful, deceptive, regulated, or unauthorized activity. Prohibited uses include:
- Illegal goods, illegal services, or activity prohibited by applicable law
- Medical products, regulated products, or controlled substances offered without required authorization
- Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, false earnings claims, or misleading product claims
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, or attempts to hide the source or destination of funds
- Stolen data, leaked databases, compromised credentials, identity theft, or unauthorized personal information
- Malware, phishing kits, exploits, unauthorized access tools, or services that enable unauthorized access
- Counterfeit goods, pirated content, trademark violations, or other intellectual property infringement
- Content involving minors, non-consensual material, exploitation, abuse, or activity prohibited by law
- Weapons, dangerous goods, or items requiring licenses or approvals that the merchant does not have
- Spam, harassment, abusive behavior, impersonation, or social engineering
- Activity that violates Telegram rules, third-party platform rules, or third-party rights
Enforcement
If we believe this policy may have been violated, we may take action we consider appropriate, including:
- Requesting information from the merchant
- Restricting features, checkout flows, webhook delivery, bot integrations, or payment verification
- Suspending or terminating access to GramBase
- Preserving relevant records where appropriate
- Taking other steps required by law, platform providers, infrastructure providers, or competent authorities
GramBase may use reports, automated checks, manual review, platform notices, transaction patterns, or other signals, but we do not undertake to monitor every merchant, product, transaction, or communication.

We review reports and may take action based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee a specific response time, outcome, or disclosure of enforcement decisions.
Infrastructure Boundary
GramBase provides non-custodial checkout and payment verification infrastructure. Merchants remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, fulfillment, support, refunds, taxes, permissions, and compliance obligations connected to their products, services, buyers, wallets, bots, and customer relationships.
